Next workshop Feb 2024

 

During this 2.5hr session, you will learn practical strategies to help you reduce or eliminate your anxiety. Our sessions are designed to help you take control of your thoughts and emotions,  find greater peace of mind and support your body into the rest and repair state. Whether you're looking to manage everyday stress or cope with a specific situation, we're here to help. This workshop is experiential, you will be doing the exercises and experiencing how the strategies work for you.

You will learn:

*Breathing techniques to calm your body and focus your mind. 

*Mental strategies to manage racing, ruminating, or intrusive and unwanted thoughts.

*Yoga poses that support your body into the rest and repair state (Parasympathetic nervous System)

*Somatic grounding strategies to calm your body and mind 

 

Includes morning tea.
