Recharge and rejuvenate your mind, body and soul with Yin Yoga class followed by a deeply nurturing sound bath.Yin Yoga is a unique practice that offers a myriad of benefits for the mind and the body. Some of its benefits include reducing stress and anxiety, increasing flexibility and joint mobility, and improving circulation. Our experienced and certified instructor Jade, will guide students to help them achieve their yoga goals, no matter their skill level or experience.


Discover a new way of relating to each other by understanding yourself better. We look at attachment styles and how your attachment style is creating the relationship that you have. We then work on creating a secure attachment where both partners feel secure, loved, nurtured, and trusted within the relationship. Building a secure relationship takes work from both partners.  Penny will support you both to build your capacity to give and receive love.


Reiki Healing

 Through Reiki, we connect with the universal life force energy to promote deep relaxation, healing, and balance. Jade will provide a safe, nurturing environment that allows for optimal healing.


Penny works with your family to create harmony and balance within the family unit. Families are 'systems' where each person is affected by everyone else. The aim is to become aware of how each person affects the other and work on addressing those issues to create harmony where each member feels connected, heard and loved.


Restorative Yoga has many benefits for both the mind and body. Some of the benefits of Restorative Yoga include reducing stress and anxiety, improving circulation and digestion, and helping to release tension and tightness in muscles. Our classes are designed to be accessible and enjoyable for all levels of experience, and we offer a range of different poses and techniques to help you achieve deep relaxation and rejuvenation.

Body-Mind Therapy

Body-Mind Therapy is a way to form a communication with the body to acknowledge the beliefs and feelings that are frozen in time that are causing physical issues. When they are acknowledged, they start to release. Your body begins the process of letting them go and physical healing is possible.
