I will provide a person-centred approach, tailored to meet your individual needs. Counselling is a powerful tool that can help you lead a fulfilling, satisfying life by supporting you to safely address any issue that is holding you back

Discover a new way of relating to each other by understanding yourself better. We look at attachment styles and how your attachment style is creating the relationship that you have. We then work on creating a secure attachment where both partners feel secure, loved, nurtured, and trusted within the relationship. Building a secure relationship takes work from both partners. Penny will support you both to build your capacity to give and receive love.

Penny works with your family to create harmony and balance within the family unit. Families are 'systems' where each person is affected by everyone else. The aim is to become aware of how each person affects the other and work on addressing those issues to create harmony where each member feels connected, heard and loved.
